With the majority of burners, the Mk.6 burner management system is able to achieve and maintain 82% combustion efficiency on Natural Gas and 86% when firing on 35 seconds/#2 oil. For systems with the Exhaust Gas Analyser, it is possible to maintain commissioned values of combustion irrespective of changes in stack pressure, fuel calorific values or barometric conditions.
